Custom-designed web pages are a great way to show off your company and generate business. Don't be fooled by flashy websites that look spectacular because most designers don't realise that to generate new business people need to find your webpage first! Here's where I come in. I can create a standards compliant, Search-engine optimised website that looks sharp and professional all in one. Search engines will rank you highly and your visitors will too. How good can it get!
How much for a custom website?
On a standard budget I have a base product for $1000 I work from. This includes development of a custom website template, insertion of your text and images, some minor custom graphics and publishing your website to the internet. Extra pages are there-after $100 each and other features such as fading slideshows of photographs are generally another $100 or so, depending on how many images are involved and whether I'll need to do any resizing, cropping, touch ups etc.
Are there any ongoing costs?
There is only the minimal cost of web hosting to display your website on the internet. You have two options you can purchase
a -very expensive- server and have a technician set it up with even more expensive software or you can pay a small monthly premium for a dedicated server company to host your amazing website design for you. Currently I charge between $15 and $35 a month depending on the size of your website, number of visitors to your webpages and whether you'd like me to handle your email needs as well.
